Jeff Brown is a respected franchise and intellectual property attorney based in Denver, Colorado. He has extensive experience representing clients in all matters relating to franchising, business contracts; the licensing and protection of intellectual property; trademark and copyright registration and commercial leasing issues.

Prior to starting his own firm in 2002, Jeff held senior legal positions with Accenture HR Services, Inc. and Qwest Communications Corporation. He began his career as a corporate technology associate at one of Atlanta's largest law firms.

Jeff's experience as in-house counsel and in private practice in both large and small firms gives him a unique understanding of the key business and legal issues involved in a transaction. This experience enables him to provide services in the responsive, efficient manner that his clients want and deserve. Jeff currently represents clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-up entities.

Jeff is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, including its sections on Business Law, Intellectual Property Law and Franchise Law; the American Bar Association and its Forum on Franchising; and the Denver Bar Association.

Jeff attended Vanderbilt University Law School on the exclusive Harry S. Truman scholarship and received his J.D. Degree in 1995. In 1992, Jeff graduated from the University of Mississippi with Honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History.

Away from his law practice, Jeff enjoys hiking, biking and tennis.
