Steve Goff - Sr. Vice President Training & Development

Steve Goff first obtained his real estate license in Clear Lake, Texas in 1972 at the age of 22. From 1988 to 1997 Steve grew a real estate office in Utah from start-up to 120 agents. He also helped the company grow to 1600 agents in 23 offices. In 1997, Steve started his own real estate company which grew to 200 agents in 4 offices in two years.

In August, 2001, Steve moved back to Texas to be General Sales Manager and Partner of a Century 21 brokerage. On January 7, 2004 Steve accepted an offer to be Director of Career Development with RE/MAX Premier Group. In addition to directing the training for this multioffice company, Steve opened the Frisco, Texas branch in August of 2004.

In two years his office has grown to nearly 70 agents and has a 15% market share of closed units among all Frisco Real Estate offices. In addition to owning and managing a real estate company, Steve has traveled the country as a featured speaker at real estate conventions, local Association events and workshops for Owners, Managers and Agents.
